Please note that during promotions and sales there may be delays in immediate shipping. Orders placed Friday after 14:00, Saturday, and Sunday will be processed on Monday.

USA and Canada: 1-3 days, according to the final destination Europe: 1/2 day for major cities / 2-3 days for remote areas Latin America: 3-4 days

Successful Shipment Delivery:
Upon delivery of every order, Clients are asked to inspect the box carefully BEFORE signing for the delivery.
If for any reason the box looks tampered with, either sign for the package with reservations or refuse the package. In the event that the box has been signed for with an unauthorized signature or there is evidence that the package has been tampered with, open a claim immediately with the courier and contact endiadiceramic.com at info@endiadiceramic.com.
If the package is not successfully delivered to the Client's address due to a lack of cooperation from the client (wrong telephone number, wrong address, absent at address, non-compliance with import regulations) as per the endiadiceramic.com commercial agreement, the package may risk being sent back to Italy at the Client's expense including any import fees that may be assessed upon re-entry to Italy. These fees will be deducted from any eventual reimbursement.

DELIVERY ORDER
To be sure DHL can deliver without problems, we recommend:
Make sure your email and telephone number of the order are correct.
Use a delivery address where someone is present to pick up the order. For example, the address of your workplace.If you want to change the delivery address at a later time, please contact our customer service as soon as possible.
Check delivery. That way you'll always know what stage of the journey is on your package, ideally when you may be delivered, and if there were any problems (such as whether the delivery the courier had not found anyone, or if the address is unavailable ). This allows you to immediately contact the courier.
Make sure your name is clearly visible on the front door, to help the courier delivery! If no one will be at the delivery address when you get your package, the courier will attempt to deliver the package 1 or 2 other times.
RETURNS
Customer can return an item at him own expense within fourteen (14) calendar days, starting from
days of receipt of goods purchased on the website.
Customer must fill the RETURN FORM inside the box and send an email to endiadiceramic.com just to inform us.
Customers can send back the item using our box. You will find the shipping address in the box delivery.
PLEASE NOTE:
- The returned Products must not have been used, washed or damaged;
- The returned Products must be returned in their original packaging;
- The returned Products must be returned within fourteen (14) working days from the date you received the products;
- Include a copy of the receipt in the box.
-Every extra customs charge from return outside EU will be applied to customers and deduct from any refund.

If the product arrives damaged send an email to info@endiadiceramic.com with the object” damaged product” with the pictures attached.
Organize the return with Endiadiceramic.com.
Refund
Refunds will be processed as soon as returned items have been checked and accepted by endiadiceramic.com
Orders paid by PayPal or by bank transfer will be refunded to the original account.
Refunds will be issued in the same currency as the original purchase. Any differences in the amount refunded are due to exchange rate fluctuations and will not be reimbursed.
endiadiceramic.com reserves the right to refuse returns that are unauthorized and/or not sent in accordance with the return policy detailed online. In the case of unauthorized or non-standard returns, the product will be returned to the shipping address specified in the original order. If an unauthorized return is accepted, endiadiceramic.com will deduct a 10% administrative/re-stocking fee from the refund.
